Subject: Future planning lathe conversion
Hi Tom & Group
Planning to update my lathe, as it is now I cannot use Kflop due to very long step pulses needed for the old controller.
I have some questions regarding AC servos from Rexroth I have for this conversion. Have uploaded to the files section Bengt's CombiMill/Bengt's Lathe 4 new files.

Q1 = files Rexroth Data#1 and #2
The encoder type I have on motors are M1
I assume that I have to put fast opto isolators as Rexroth is using 7-12VDC to drive the encoders for splitting encoder signals to Kanalog JP1/JP2 for correct signal level? I assume these are differential?

Q2 = files Rexroth data #3 and #4
There are two ±10VDC analog inputs, 180kOhm or 1000kOhm

Looking forward for advise
Cheers Bengt

Q1 is actually TTL levels, found this info in other document.
There seems to be a pass trough conditioned output for 5-30V levels if I read the documents right, will have to search more as the docs are so hard to read as so many different models are in these docs.
Cheers Bengt
